Horațiu Adrian Rus's expertise is concentrated in particular on the negotiation and conclusion of commercial contracts, real estate, insolvency, and employment law. He also advises clients on corporate matters and GDPR.

Before joining the BVIR team, he worked at a reputable Bucharest law firm where he was involved in a wide range of due-diligence projects launched by local and international investors, with a focus on reviewing corporate documents, drafting commercial agreements, and representation before state authorities.

His practice areas cover the trade register, real estate, environmental matters, and intellectual property — for obtaining the permits and authorisations required by clients across various industries.
